Who we are
This website is operated by NeoDomes, Inc. ("NeoDomes", "we", "us"). It exists to register people for our on-demand investor webinar and to send the follow-up communications described below. What we collect
- Information you give us: first name, last name, email address and phone number when you register for the webinar, and anything you send us by email.
- Information collected automatically: the page you came from, campaign parameters in the link you clicked (for example utm_source or fbclid), your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit here. This is collected by our hosting provider and, if enabled, by the Meta Pixel described below.
- Webinar attendance: whether you joined the live session or watched the replay, and for how long, as reported by our webinar platform.
How we use it
- To register you for the webinar and send your join link, reminders and, afterwards, the replay and follow-up emails about the presentation and the investment opportunity it describes.
- To send text messages about the webinar only if you have separately agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- To verify that investors are accredited, as required for a Rule 506(c) offering, before any investment.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- To comply with securities laws and keep records we are required to keep.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it for us: our webinar platform (Demio), our customer relationship and email platform (GoHighLevel), our website host (Vercel), and Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement when the Meta Pixel or Conversions API is in use. We may also share information with our legal, compliance and accounting advisers, and where the law requires it.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This site may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to record that you visited or registered, so that we can measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people who visited but did not register. You can limit ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings and through your browser's cookie controls.
Email and text preferences
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Text messages can be stopped by replying STOP. You can also write to invest@neodomes.ai and we will remove you.
Retention
We keep registration and communication records for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by securities recordkeeping rules. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. Send requests to invest@neodomes.ai. We will verify your identity before responding.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the current version.
